The risk of war between Pakistan and India is increasing due to cultural clashes and religion. The Islamic state of Pakistan began on August 14, 1947 (1947.619) when the country became an independent nation within the British Commonwealth as the result of the partition of India. This has been a divide based upon religion and there lies the threat of war. The conflict between the countries will get worse slowly from 2020 and as we get close to 2025 there is a real threat of war due to rising civil unrest. It is easy to assume this is based on religion alone, but the cultural clashes are a major reason for civil unrest. The problem is that the ancient history of the region is very complicated as it has been part of many overlapping various empires from Greek to Indo, thus it is hard to pinpoint the real causes of cultural clashes.
